Wondering What's Next….

I haven’t been to a Disney Park since March and I don’t mind telling you, I am getting twitchy…

Next month, at long last, I wil be attending the D23 Expo in Disneyland!! I will be meeting some special Disney friends of like minds from around the country, and intend to attend every event, meeting and screening I can and completely immerse myself in the experience. It is going to be Disney-nerd heaven and I. CAN’T. WAIT!!

Here is the schedule so far:

Day One:

I can’t wait to see the Disney Legends ceremony! I was fortunate enough to visit the Studios plaza where they honor the Legends and it was wonderful seeing all those names and recognizing those contributors.

The Parks and Resorts presentation is sure to give some brand-new news on the direction of the Parks – especially interesting with the recent management changes…

I will also enjoy the Trivia tournament – although I am not worthy, I hope to at least recognize the winners!

Day Two:

Oh come on, star appearances and live performances? Count on me to be front and center, thank you!

I can’t wait to see Lion King in 3D – one of my all-time favorite contemporary films, with the grandiose music and timeless story. Yes please!

The only “uhoh” is the Live Auction…. on-of-a-kind Disney treasures?? be still my heart! I will have to sit on my hands to avoid paying away the kid’s college fund…

Day Three:

Marvel Comics should be a great show – as well as the Disney Channel event. It’s going to be a fun day!

To go along with the scheduled events, take a look at the Pavillions:

I am especially interested in the Archives exhibit. After my visit on the Adventures By Disney Bastage Magic Tour, I can’t wait to see what they pull out of the archives for us!

 These pavillions will give plenty of opportunity to grab some great pictures and literature!
